By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides general information about Zubacore, our business, our technology services, and the platforms and products we own or develop, including ZubaFix.

ZubaFix may operate through its own dedicated website, app or platform, and may have separate terms, privacy notices, cookie policies and service policies that apply to customers, providers and marketplace users. These Terms cover only your use of the Zubacore company website.

You agree to use the Site lawfully, responsibly and only for the purposes for which it is intended.

Content on the Site is provided for general information purposes only. While we aim to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that all content is complete, current or error-free, and we reserve the right to amend the Site at any time.

Any reference to ZubaFix on this Site is for general product and company information only. In particular:

• ZubaFix is owned and developed by ZUBACORE TECHNOLOGIES LTD.
• ZubaFix is being developed as a separate platform and may be made available through its own dedicated website, application or platform.
• You cannot book services, place orders or transact with service providers through this Site. The Site is not a marketplace.
• Once the ZubaFix platform is live, separate ZubaFix marketplace terms, privacy notice, cookie policy and service policies will apply to customers, providers and other platform users.

When using the Site, you must not:

• Misuse the Site or use it in any unlawful way.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, our servers, or any connected system or network.
• Interfere with the Site's security, availability or integrity.
• Upload, transmit or distribute any malicious code, virus or harmful material.
• Copy, reproduce, scrape, extract, republish or otherwise misuse any content from the Site without our prior written permission.
• Submit information that is false, misleading, abusive, defamatory, obscene or unlawful.
